Privacy Policy for Pro Archery Ballistics

Leap Archery LLC (“Leap Archery,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Pro Archery Ballistics mobile application (“Pro Archery Ballistics,” the “App,” or the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, collected, used, processed, stored, and shared when you use Pro Archery Ballistics.

Pro Archery Ballistics provides archery-related tools including ballistics calculations, equipment setup and analysis, sight tapes and sight marks, training tools, form and shot analysis, tuning resources, scoring tools, educational content, and other archery-related features.

By using Pro Archery Ballistics, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect and Process

The information handled by Pro Archery Ballistics depends on the features you choose to use.

Account Information

Pro Archery Ballistics uses Firebase Authentication, a service provided by Google, to provide and manage user authentication.

When you create or use a Pro Archery Ballistics account, Firebase Authentication may process information necessary to authenticate you. Depending on the authentication method used, this may include:

• Email address;

• Account or user identifier;

• Display name or profile information provided by an authentication provider;

• Authentication credentials or authentication tokens;

• IP address;

• User-agent or device-related authentication information; and

• Account creation and sign-in information.

We use this information only for account authentication, account management, security, fraud and abuse prevention, and providing access to Pro Archery Ballistics.

Firebase Authentication may process and store authentication information on Google's infrastructure in accordance with Google's and Firebase's applicable privacy practices.

Archery and Equipment Information

You may enter information into Pro Archery Ballistics relating to your archery equipment, shooting conditions, training, and performance.

This may include:

• Bow specifications;

• Draw weight;

• Draw length;

• Brace height;

• Arrow specifications;

• Arrow weight;

• Arrow length;

• Broadhead or point information;

• Sight measurements and settings;

• Equipment configurations;

• Ballistic inputs;

• Environmental inputs;

• Scores;

• Training information;

• Tuning information;

• Form-related settings; and

• Other archery-related information you choose to enter.

This information is used to provide the calculations, recommendations, comparisons, training information, tuning guidance, and other functionality requested by you.

2. Camera and Shot Doctor

Certain Pro Archery Ballistics features, including Shot Doctor and other form-analysis tools, may request access to your device's camera or images you select.

These features may analyze images or video to estimate body position, joint position, shooting form, movement, and other archery-related metrics.

Shot Doctor image, video, pose, and form-analysis processing occurs locally on your device.

Images and video used by Shot Doctor are not uploaded to Leap Archery LLC servers for analysis.

Leap Archery LLC does not receive, store, or have access to the images or video processed by Shot Doctor unless you separately choose to send an image, video, or screenshot to us, such as when contacting customer support.

Shot Doctor is designed to analyze archery form and movement. It is not designed to identify individuals, perform facial recognition, or authenticate a person's identity.

We do not use Shot Doctor images, video, pose information, or form-analysis information for advertising or marketing profiles.

Camera access occurs only when you choose to use a feature that requires it and grant the applicable device permission.

3. Microphone and Acoustic Analysis

Certain Pro Archery Ballistics features may request access to your device's microphone to perform archery-related acoustic measurements.

For example, the App may analyze sound events associated with an arrow being shot and striking a target in order to estimate arrow speed or provide chronograph-related functionality.

Audio used for these features is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to Leap Archery LLC.

Leap Archery LLC does not receive, store, or have access to audio captured for acoustic or chronograph analysis.

The microphone is not used for:

• Recording conversations;

• Voice identification;

• Advertising;

• Marketing profiles; or

• Unrelated background monitoring.

Microphone access occurs only when you choose to use a feature that requires it and grant the applicable device permission.

4. Location and Environmental Information

Certain Pro Archery Ballistics features may use your device's location to assist with environmental, atmospheric, or ballistic calculations.

Location information used by Pro Archery Ballistics remains on your device.

Leap Archery LLC does not receive, store, track, or maintain a record of your geographic location through these features.

Location information is not transmitted by Pro Archery Ballistics to Leap Archery LLC or used to create a location history or advertising profile.

You may decline or disable location permission through your device settings. Features that depend on location-derived information may be limited if location access is disabled.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

Pro Archery Ballistics offers purchases and subscriptions through platforms including the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Payments are processed by Apple or Google.

Leap Archery LLC does not directly receive or store your complete payment card information.

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status, purchase validation, subscription entitlements, restoration of purchases, and access to paid functionality.

RevenueCat may process information associated with your purchase or subscription, including:

• Purchase history;

• Subscription status;

• Transaction-related information;

• Apple purchase receipt information;

• Google purchase tokens;

• App user identifiers when applicable;

• Device or operating-system information; and

• Information necessary to determine subscription entitlement.

This information is used to determine whether you are entitled to access paid functionality and to support purchase and subscription operations.

6. YouTube API Services

Pro Archery Ballistics uses YouTube API Services to provide access to archery-related educational and instructional content hosted on YouTube.

The App may retrieve and display publicly available YouTube information such as:

• Video titles;

• Video thumbnails;

• Video identifiers;

• Channel names;

• Channel information;

• Descriptions; and

• Other publicly available video metadata.

Videos displayed through Pro Archery Ballistics remain hosted and delivered by YouTube.

Pro Archery Ballistics does not claim ownership of third-party YouTube videos displayed within the App.

Pro Archery Ballistics does not download, copy, or host the audiovisual content of those YouTube videos.

Pro Archery Ballistics currently uses publicly available YouTube content and does not request authorization to access private information from your personal YouTube account.

We do not request, collect, or store your YouTube or Google login credentials through the YouTube API functionality.

When you interact with YouTube content, Google or YouTube may process information relating to that interaction according to Google's privacy practices.

Use of YouTube functionality is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Information processed by Google is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

If Pro Archery Ballistics introduces functionality in the future that requests authorization to access information associated with a user's personal YouTube or Google account, we will update our disclosures as appropriate and explain what information is requested and how it will be used.

7. Customer Support

If you contact Pro Archery Ballistics for customer support, we may receive information that you voluntarily provide.

This may include:

• Your name;

• Email address;

• Support message;

• Screenshots;

• Videos or images you choose to send;

• Equipment information;

• App settings;

• Diagnostic information you choose to provide; and

• Other information necessary to investigate your request.

We use this information to answer questions, troubleshoot problems, investigate potential bugs, provide customer support, and improve Pro Archery Ballistics.

Information voluntarily provided through a customer-support request may be retained when reasonably necessary to maintain support records, identify recurring technical problems, or comply with legal obligations.

8. Advertising and Tracking

Pro Archery Ballistics does not display third-party advertising.

We do not use third-party advertising networks within the App.

We do not sell advertising based on your activity.

We do not use your:

• Camera data;

• Shot Doctor analysis;

• Microphone data;

• Location;

• Equipment information;

• Ballistic information;

• Training information; or

• Tuning information

to create advertising profiles or target advertising.

Leap Archery LLC does not sell personal information for monetary compensation.

9. How We Use Information

Information processed through Pro Archery Ballistics may be used to:

• Create and authenticate user accounts;

• Secure user accounts and prevent unauthorized access;

• Provide App functionality;

• Perform ballistic calculations;

• Provide equipment analysis;

• Generate sight tapes and sight marks;

• Provide training and scoring functionality;

• Perform local form analysis;

• Perform local acoustic and chronograph calculations;

• Provide tuning resources;

• Manage subscriptions and purchase entitlements;

• Display educational content;

• Respond to customer-support requests;

• Troubleshoot problems;

• Maintain security;

• Prevent fraud or misuse;

• Improve Pro Archery Ballistics; and

• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use information collected through Pro Archery Ballistics for unrelated advertising purposes.

10. Data Stored on Your Device

A substantial amount of Pro Archery Ballistics data may be stored or processed locally on your device.

Depending on the feature, this may include:

• Equipment configurations;

• Archery measurements;

• Ballistic inputs;

• Calculation results;

• Training information;

• Tuning information;

• App preferences;

• Form-analysis information;

• Location-derived calculation information; and

• Acoustic-analysis information.

Local data generally remains under the control of your device and operating system.

Local information may be removed when you delete the applicable information from the App, clear App data, or uninstall the App, depending on your device and operating system.

Information processed by third-party services such as Firebase Authentication, Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, or YouTube is subject to the applicable provider's retention and deletion practices.

11. Service Providers

Pro Archery Ballistics relies on a limited number of third-party services to operate.

These include:

Firebase Authentication / Google
Used for user authentication, account security, and account management.

Apple
Used for App Store distribution, purchases, subscriptions, and applicable Apple platform services.

Google Play
Used for Android distribution, purchases, subscriptions, and applicable Google Play platform services.

RevenueCat
Used for subscription management, entitlement management, purchase validation, and restoration of purchases.

YouTube / Google
Used to retrieve and display publicly available YouTube content and metadata through YouTube API Services.

These providers may process information as necessary to provide their respective services and according to their own privacy policies and terms.

12. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Pro Archery Ballistics account and associated personal information.

Where available, you may initiate account deletion through the account or settings functionality within Pro Archery Ballistics.

When an account is deleted, we will take reasonable steps to delete personal information associated with the account that we control, except for information we are required or permitted to retain for purposes such as:

• Legal obligations;

• Transaction records;

• Fraud prevention;

• Dispute resolution; or

• Enforcement of applicable agreements.

Deleting a Pro Archery Ballistics account does not automatically delete transaction or other information independently maintained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, YouTube, or another third-party provider.

You may need to contact those providers regarding information they independently control.

Deleting your Pro Archery Ballistics account also does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions should be managed through the applicable Apple or Google subscription-management system.

13. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide Pro Archery Ballistics;

• Maintain accounts;

• Manage subscriptions and purchases;

• Respond to support requests;

• Comply with applicable law;

• Protect the security of the Service;

• Prevent fraud or abuse;

• Resolve disputes; and

• Enforce applicable agreements.

Information processed exclusively on your device is not retained by Leap Archery LLC.

Authentication, purchase, subscription, and YouTube-related information processed by third-party providers may be retained according to those providers' respective policies and legal requirements.

14. Your Privacy Choices

You control optional device permissions through your operating-system settings.

Depending on your device, these may include:

• Camera;

• Photos;

• Microphone; and

• Location.

You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.

Revoking a permission may prevent features that require that permission from functioning.

You may also request deletion of personal information maintained by Leap Archery LLC by contacting us.

15. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may provide rights concerning your personal information.

These rights may include the right to:

• Request access to personal information we maintain about you;

• Request correction of inaccurate information;

• Request deletion of personal information;

• Request information concerning how your personal information is processed;

• Object to or restrict certain processing;

• Obtain a portable copy of certain information; or

• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

We will respond to valid privacy requests in accordance with applicable law.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

16. International Users

Pro Archery Ballistics may be used outside the United States.

Leap Archery LLC is based in the United States, and some of our service providers process information using infrastructure located in the United States or other countries.

For example, Firebase Authentication is operated by Google and may process authentication information in the United States.

Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between countries.

Where required by applicable law, personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.

17. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing personal information, we may rely on:

• Your consent;

• Performance of a contract or provision of services requested by you;

• Compliance with legal obligations; and

• Our legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and improving Pro Archery Ballistics, provided those interests are not overridden by your applicable rights.

Camera, microphone, photo-library, and location permissions are also controlled through the permission systems provided by your device and operating system.

18. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Third-party providers used by Pro Archery Ballistics also maintain their own security practices.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should protect access to their devices and their associated Apple, Google, and Pro Archery Ballistics accounts.

19. Children's Privacy

Pro Archery Ballistics is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of applicable law.

If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

20. Third-Party Content and Links

Pro Archery Ballistics may provide access to third-party websites, videos, services, products, or resources.

This includes content hosted by YouTube and created by independent archery instructors, coaches, organizations, manufacturers, and other creators.

The inclusion or display of third-party content does not necessarily indicate that the third party sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with Pro Archery Ballistics or Leap Archery LLC.

Third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

Leap Archery LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party websites or services.

21. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Pro Archery Ballistics changes, new functionality is introduced, service providers change, or legal requirements change.

When we update this Privacy Policy, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of the policy.

If a change materially affects how personal information is collected, processed, or used, we may provide additional notice where appropriate or required by law.
